Information For Delegates

PLEASE NOTE: Delegate registration is now closed for this event.  However, if you like to attend please complete the registration form on the website, print it off and bring it with you on the morning of the event together with your payment.

 

We look forward to welcoming you to the Scottish Energy and Environment Conference which is taking place at Ayr Racecourse on 7th February 2012. Please read the information below to ensure you have a pleasant and hassle-free event. Parking

Complimentary parking is available on site close to the main stand.

Registration

You will receive your badge at registration along with a copy of the delegate flyer which will contain the programme of the day and a layout of the event. All delegates are required to wear their badges at all times throughout the duration of the event. you can return your badges for recycling at the Registration Desk before your departure.

Lunch and Refreshments

There will be catering points throughout the exhibition aera. The location of all the catering points is featured on the stand layout within the delegate flyer which you will receive upon registration. The day starts with breakfast barms, tea, coffee and mineral water being served.

There is a mid-morning break consisting Tea, Coffee and Homemade Shortbread.

During the lunch break there will be a packed lunch available served at various points throughout the exhibition which will include the following:

N.B. You must notify us of any special dietary requirements you may have.

First Aid

There will be qualified first aid staff onsite at all times

Smoking

Please respect the 'No Smoking' areas within the racecourse. There are designated smoking areas just outside the events centre and these are clearly signposted.

Accommodation

Should you wish to stay overnight; a reduced rate has been arranged at the Western House Hotel for any participants in the event.

The Western House Hotel is a four star hotel located within the grounds of Ayr Racecourse and the rates are below:
