When will I receive my badge?

All delegates are required to wear their badges at all times throughout the duration of the event.  You will be able to pick up your badge on the morning of the event from the Registration Desk.

In an effort to keep excessive and un-necessary paper to a minimum, we will no longer be issuing printed copies of the Show Guide.  Instead this will now become an online Show Guide which will be uploaded, together with copies of the speaker presentations to a recycled USB memory stick which will then be issued to each delegate.

However, to ensure everyone is aware of the running order of the programme on the day and the location of the exhibitors you will be given a one page leaflet.

You will also be issued with a raffle ticket during the afternoon break as some of our sponsors and exhibitors have kindly donated some prizes towards a draw at the close of the event. Prizes donated so far include a 32" Digital Flat LCD TV, LED Lamps and an ipod Touch to name a few.

The Registration Desk is located in the Main Reception Area.  There are cloackrooms available throughout the day in Executive Boxes 12, 13 and 14.

*All prizes must be picked up on the day so please ensure you are there to do so should you win!

Where can I view the Conference Programme?

You can view the Programme by clicking on the following link which will take you to the appropriate page of the website: http://www.seecon.org.uk/conference/programme/

Copies of all the presentations will be uploaded to the recycled USB memory sticks that you will be issued with at Registration.
