Stephen Boyle - Principal Policy Officer, Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA)
In light of the Commission review of the EU Emissions Trading Scheme and the upcoming end of year launch of the UK’s Carbon Reduction Commitment, we need to step back and consider what these new regulatory tools will mean for Scotland and Scotland’s Industry.   Stephen Boyle of the Scottish Environment Protection Agency will look at both of these new regulations, outline the implications for Scotland, and discuss how industry and organisations can best prepare for the changes and how best they can plan to mitigate the impacts on their organisations.
